Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund from 30 to 14 days before.
PaymentsWhen booking you pay only a 30% deposit, securely by card or by bank transfer within 3 days. The 70% balance is paid by card before arrival or directly at the property.
Free cancellation with full refund up to 30 days before arrival. From 30 to 14 days before, we refund 50% of the amount paid. Less than 14 days before, or in case of no-show, no refund is given.
Any municipal tourist tax, where applicable, is not included in the price and is paid separately.
As this is an accommodation service for specific dates, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(n); EU Directive 2011/83, art. 16(l)): the cancellation terms above apply.
